武術課程

武術為華夏歷史五千年傳統文化，發展至今更成為世界知名運動，今年更被香港康樂及文化事務發展局列入重點推廣的體育項目。

競賽武術始於在20世紀50年代後，現已形成完整體系，現今以競技武術為規模的國際武術比賽有世界武術錦標賽以及洲際性武術比賽。

本院的主要課程內容有基礎長拳、南拳、劍術、刀術、槍術、棍術和其他傳統拳術及兵器，可延伸發展至國際競賽套路。

學院會定期參與青少年武術章別計畫考核、全港公開武術錦標賽、分齡賽等等，透過考試，比賽及演出等活動，培養興趣，增強面對逆境時的信心，豐富人生。優秀學員更可經選拔進入香港武術代表隊，為港爭光。

Martial arts are a five-thousand-year-old traditional culture of China. Today, they have developed into a globally recognized sport, and this year, they have been included as a key sports project for promotion by the Hong Kong Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Wushu began to take shape after the 1950s and has since formed a complete system. Currently, major international Wushu competitions include the World Wushu Championships and continental Wushu tournaments.

Our academy's main courses cover foundational Changquan, Nanquan, Jianshu, Daoshu, Qiangshu, Gunshu, and other traditional martial arts and weapons. These can be extended to routines suitable for international competitions.

The academy regularly participates in youth martial arts grading assessments, the Hong Kong Open Martial Arts Championships, age-specific competitions, and more. Through exams, competitions, performances, and other activities, we aim to cultivate interest, build confidence in facing adversity, and enrich students’ lives. Outstanding students may also be selected to join the Hong Kong Wushu Team, representing Hong Kong and bringing glory to the city.
